Its not natural to do that. But I think you gave some great advice, Kim. Kimberley: Yeah, I agree. Theres nothing to fix because youre not broken. CBT is super important to me. And yeah, I went through a panic disorder, did my own research, a lot of science research, CBT research, mindfulness meditation, and curated my own plan out of recovery with the guidance of a really good support network, friends, and mentors, whod been through an anxiety disorder and come out the other side and fully recovered from the panic disorder. And that got shattered into millions of pieces because there were people who really didnt like me. Dean has an authentic voice that really draws you in!
